Alliance is proud to announce Danny Boyce as its new Director of Construction Management. Danny was most recently with one of the country’s top five EPC firms where he served in numerous roles managing every aspect of construction management services.

His experience as project director, project manager, construction manager, constructability lead and commissioning/turnover manager uniquely positions Danny to lead and grow the construction management team at Alliance for both large and small projects.

Danny brings specific expertise to the areas of safety, design engineering, CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontract preparation and negotiation, manpower forecasting, start-up management, commissioning, as well as procurement management.

Danny’s expertise greatly expands Alliance’s service offering from design engineering to a total project delivery approach with the ability to manage client projects with our open book CM method.
