Job Description:

Alliance Engineering is a growing, full service engineering and construction management firm with offices in Richmond, VA, Newport News, VA and Baltimore, MD. We specialize in small to medium size industrial projects. The majority of our clients are major industrial companies that can be found in the Fortune 500 listing.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide CAD services for internal Alliance personnel as well as external client personnel. Position may require working at the client's site for extended periods of time.  Candidate should have a multi-discipline (Mechanical, Electrical and Structural) background.  Candidate needs to have the ability within multiple types of CAD filing systems.

Essential Functions:
* Organizing CAD file systems:  30%
* Developing new drawings and modifying existing drawings:  70%

Minimum Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Structural systems.
* Must be proficient at AutoCAD 2009 or earlier.

Desired Experience:
* Experience working within facility drawing systems and with facility support people
* 5+ years of AutoCAD experience
* 2+ years with Mechanical, Electrical and Structural systems
